My intention for creating this teleseries is to offer support, inspiration, hope and courage to listeners who may be dealing with life situations that are overwhelming, and to offer solutions, skills and resources that will help encourage a supportive community. Globally, as we transition though challenges that are life changing, it is important to know that we are not alone on this journey. Please join me to help create a global community of hope, courage and inspiration. Together, we can make the change that will enhance not only our own emotional well-being but that of our children and everyone that we come in contact with.
